چکیده

The interaction of Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid & White, 1919) (Rhabditida: Meloidogynidae) and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis-lycopersici Jarvis Shoemaker (FORL) on nematode reproduction wilt severity was investigated in tomato hybrids this study. study included with five combinations individual, simultaneous sequential inoculations M. FORL to F1 Adel, Alberty, Armstrong, Body, Gülizar Kaplan January-May 2021 under controlled conditions. experiment completed after 60 days. Simultaneous inoculation increased galls egg masses Gülizar. highest gall mass numbers occurred 10 days (N+10 FORL) Alberty Kaplan. disease incidence all at the application N+10 followed by Gülizar, Kaplan, Armstrong Adel. showed high reproductive rates resistance overcome treatment FORL. unable reproduce Adel thus no seen. results indicated that development root-knot nematodes is a significant factor affecting durability resistance.

Interaction between Meloidogyne incognita and Agrobacterium tumefaciens or Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici on Tomato.

Agrobacterium tumefaciens stimulated and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici inhibited development and reproduction of Meloidogyne incognita when applied to the opposite split root of tomato, Lycopersicon esculentum cv. Tropic, plants. The lowest rate of nematode reproduction occurred after 2,000 juveniles were applied and the fungus was present in the opposite split root. The effects of all ...

Interaction between Meloidogyne incognita with Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycpersici on Tomato

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) is one of the most popular vegetable crops grown in the world, next to potato. It is used as a fresh vegetable and also can be processed and canned as a paste, juice, sauce, powder or as a whole (Barone and Frusciante, 2007). The ripe fruits are good source of vitamin A, B and C which add wide varieties of colour and flavour to the food. Recently, it started gai...

Interaction of Population Levels of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum and Meloidogyne incognita on Cotton.

In autoclaved greenhouse soil without Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum, Meloidogyne incognita did not cause leaf or vascular discoloration of 59-day-old cotton plants. Plants had root galls with as few as 50 Meloidogyne larvae per plant. Root galling was directly proportional to the initial nematode population level. Fusarium wilt symptoms occurred without nematodes with 77,000 fungus prop...

Developing of Dna-marker to the Fusarium Oxysporum F. Sp. Lycopersici Resistance Genes of Tomato

Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici is a destructive disease of tomato crops worldwide. The use of resistant varieties is the best strategy for disease control. In the present study we analyze eight tomato lines and hybrids for Fusarium wilt disease resistance by polymerase chain reaction. Total genomic DNA was extracted from young leaves of three-week-old plants of to...

Interactions in the tomato rhizosphere of two Pseudomonas biocontrol strains with the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis-lycopersici.

The fungus Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis-lycopersici causes foot and root rot of tomato plants, which can be controlled by the bacteria Pseudomonas fluorescens WCS365 and P. chlororaphis PCL1391. Induced systemic resistance is thought to be involved in biocontrol by P. fluorescens WCS365. The antifungal metabolite phenazine-1-carboxamide (PCN), as well as efficient root colonization, are es...
